Setsubun is the day before the beginning of spring in the Japanese lunar calendar, and this year it falls on February 3rd.
On Setsubun, people traditionally eat fortune rolls. ( Fortune Roll is originally a sushi roll)
When you eat the roll, you have to face the lucky direction of the year, make a wish, and eat the whole roll in silence for good luck.
This year’s lucky direction is south-southeast.

恵方巻ロール ホワイト（ヌテラキャラメルロール）＄6.25
2026年の節分は2月3日 (水)、今年の恵方は南南東となります。
毎年お馴染みの恵方巻ロールブラックは、食用竹炭を使って黒くしたふわふわのスポンジ生地に、フルーツと生クリームをたっぷり詰めています。
昨年に引き続きホワイトロールは真っ白なスポンジ生地にヌテラ、ラズベリー、キャラメルクリームが詰まっています。
2月1日～2月3日の3日間限定で販売いたします。
