Setsubun is the day before the beginning of spring in the Japanese lunar calendar, and this year it falls on February 2nd.
On Setsubun, people traditionally eat fortune rolls. ( Fortune Roll is originally a sushi roll)
When you eat the roll, you have to face the lucky direction of the year, make a wish, and eat the whole roll in silence for good luck.
This year’s lucky direction is west-southwest.
Our Fortune Roll Cake celebrates the same concept.

2025年の節分は2月2日 (日)、今年の恵方は西南西となります。
毎年お馴染みの恵方巻ロールブラックは、食用竹炭を使って黒くしたふわふわのスポンジ生地に、フルーツと生クリームをたっぷり詰めています。
今年新発売のホワイトは真っ白なスポンジ生地にヌテラ、ラズベリー、キャラメルクリームが詰まっています。
1月31日～2月2日の3日間限定で販売いたします。
