Marjolaine by Chef Eiji  $7.25

It is Hawaiian Marjolaine, inspired by the Spécialité from the French restaurant “La Pyramide.”

Macadamia nuts are used in both the dacquoise and cream.

Enjoy what has been described as a “Visionary dessert” and “The most delicious dessert in the world.”


Tea Mango by Chef Sakiho  $6.50

Earl Grey tea mousse with mango passion compote. The sponge flavored with Earl Grey Tea is under the mousse and coated with white chocolate glaçage.


Oreo Mousse Cake by Chef Chris  $6.50

Cookies & cream mousse with a chocolate glaze and chewy macaron.


These desserts will be available in April at our Eaton Square and Royal Hawaiian Center locations.
